You’ll depart from the capital of Portugal to the picturesque villages of Estoril and Cascais, that always have attracted the Portuguese nobility and celebrities from all over the world. Were you’ll enjoy the scenic views of the Portuguese beach’s resorts. The next stop is the most western point of the continent — Cape Roca. Every person eperiences truly extraordinary sensations here, feeling astonishment and admiration at the sight of the vast ocean, rocks and great waves.

Our way to Sintra will be through a mysterious forest, as if emerging from the pages of the books of Harry Potter.
In Sintra we’ll walk along authentic and colourful streets and look into the most interesting sights of the town, where you’ll be able to try some cherry brandy inside a chocolate cup and enjoy traditional Portuguese cuisine.

A lunch in an authentic Portuguese restaurant will be served for you, and, with a bit of luck, the owner of this cosy place himself will sing you a fado (a national Portuguese song). And, of course, you’ll visit the most famous Sintra’s attractions:

  • the Pena Palace, which has been constructed in the Manueline style by the order of prince Ferdinand, who wanted to present his wife, Queen Maria II, a palace coming out of the fairy tales (and he succeeded in doing it), with a magnificent garden built all around the palace.
  • Quinta de Regaleira – it’s all surprises and mysteries, which nobody could have solved completely. Once it was owned by a powerful millionaire Antonio Monteiro, who belonged to a Masonic lodge. It’s no secret that his fellow members have often gathered there to discuss fundamental questions of human existence. Here you’ll discover labyrinths of underground passages, grottos and an underground well – “The Initiation Well”, to which a mysterious spiral staircase leads.

And we’ll finish our fascinating journey on the gorgeous Atlantic beach of Azenhas do mar!
